  • review past successes

  • always save yourself a task easy enough to do while watching tv (for me it’s entering harvest data)

  • make sure your shopping list is complete, and you won’t forget it when you leave the house in 4 hours

  • decide when to take a shower. write it in your schedule so you’re not mad at yourself for not working during that time

  • play with scale. if you’ve already filled in your handheld day planner, then you should probably fill out your wall-sized laminated monthly’s for the next 3 months.
